**** COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!

1 Star is way too much for all the suffering Finrite has put me through. I have been without my phone for almost 2 months and Finrite refuses to assist me. I have to ring every other day for an update and to this point all the reps have **** and led me on. 2 Weeks ago I was told to pay R550 access fee in order to receive a new phone. I have had no update from them for over 2 weeks after the payment was made and when I rang today, I was told I need to pay an additional R1000, as iv'e been given the wrong amount. Mind you, this is the amount supposedly provided after the agent has consulted with the non existing supervisor. Their queues are long and you need to have a lot of airtime to ring them each time.. They never ever follow up. I can never speak to a supervisor, or manager and are being treated like trash. They are quick to deduct their money every month, but are not quick to resolve issues. TELKOM should be ashamed for making use of this **** of a company. I will never ever do business with either company and will for sure spread the word on this ****************. What a shame.
