*********** want money but no service

I could not pay My insurance due to covid . I informed them . There policy's says if you don't pay in one month they cancell . They never cancelled despite me informing them I can not pay and that there is no money . There was no payments . After a year and 6 months of them still charging and me making payments when my level opened they refuse to assist with my 2 claims . They still want money . Why pay for something I can not use
