I am disgusted by the service I got from FinRite. I took my phone in for repairs months ago to repair my screen but the speaker came back damaged instead. I got my phone back last week and now there is ink on the left hand side of the screen. I sent an email to the complaints department and no response whatsoever from them. They can't fix a damn phone it has been a roller coast with them.

01 Oct 2019, 18:43So I was finally contacted by one of the consultants who promised to give me feedback by COB yesterday and still no feedback? What circus FinRite is running. I will be escalating this to the ombudsman!!! Your service is pathetic to the core.
