This business must just shut down. Pathetic service. I am still waiting for the feedback I was promised on Monday by COB. Still today nothing.

I sent my phone for repairs last week. Between you and telkom I don't know who is worse. It's a joke and what's even worse is there is no apology or acknowledgement or receipt. That just goes to show you have no customer care at all. Firstly my insurance was canceled with no reason. Now you cannot repair my phone.
