Sad customer services

Soo disappointing the services they now offering. I am waiting 4months for my device. Call centre agents always in the dark not sure how to help. I think i spent more airtime now calling for my device than the purchase price. Called now an waited for an hour no consultant available. Pathetic money doesnt grow on trees an times are difficult now.
