Run away from Vodacom and their cellphone insurance ******** FINRITE Administrators

Vodacom introduced my to their cellphone insurance "partner" Finrite (i wonder what is rite with them) and I took a cellphone insurance since 2019 and have been paying it every month. Yesterday (28/06/2021) i lost my cell phone and i did every right to initiate the claim process, only to be told that my claim is rejected because of "usage".

I was dealing with a very rude lying consultant by the name of Yvonne Mokaleng, where she told me straight on the phone that I will never get this claim approve and she didnt want to transfer me to her supervisor. the supervisor / team leader name is Promise Pholo who is also so much rude.

I asked them to refund me my insurance money and i was toldNEVER shall they refund me my money which they were and still robbing me with the help of vodacom.

all this ******** want is our money and not fulfil their promises
