RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Most pathetic service when it comes to claiming insurance, I have been paying for cellphone insurance since 2017, however insurance company (Finrite) is telling me the insurance is active but TFG has never submitted the documents... CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS IS SO RUDE, SWEAR AND SCREAM OVER THE PHONE, 1 CONSULTANT EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TELLING ME, JUST YOU LISTEN TO ME AND IM TELLING YOU............... Most pathetic service ever
