Over charged an excess fee, the consultant who helped Xolile Sithebe agrees. And said my refund would be processed in January. I have been waiting since. In the mean time they all just lie and say its been loaded and they are waiting of finance. Bunch of ***** and ****** sick and tired of calling with no actual response and been put on hold for an hour !!!

Stay away from Telkom and Finrite! They do not know how to run a business.

I have been calling that number for the past 2 months and they lie to me ! I need someone to call me and say that the money will be in my account at a certain point . I get put on hold forever and now since the morning no one is taking my call it just rings and rings! High call volumes at 3pm???
