Rip-off *******

Pathetic is an understatement. Phone slammed down in my ear and suddenly the biggest excess on a laptop I have heard of in my life. It was never communicated to me when the insurance was taken out. Hopefully something will improve after the ombudsman gets hold of them, but reading through all these complaints it seems like they are untouchable.
