we insured a phone against damage and theft for over 2 years and we were then made aware of the R800 excess to pay in case the phone gets replaced however the phone had a software issues which had to be fixed and now there's a demand for an excess on the device but the warranty on repairs only cover 3 moths of the supposed quality work done otherwise it is subject to another excess. what are you covering in all repairs done on devices are from the clients's pocket?
