RIDICULOUS still no feedback!!! Since last year!

What a terrible company!!! I have been phoning and emailling since last year when my phone got ******!!! Got a case nunber and everything but still no reply or even one phone call!!! Telkom can't even help me because this is the insurance.. I've been paying for a phone I can't even use!!!! RIDICULOUS
