replacement for new phone

I lost my phone ( IPhone 5s) and filed for the insurance claim however haven’t received any phone, I have contacted the merchant and been advised different stories every time and it’s been a month now . Today I was sent a phone list of phone value less than the insured amount , phone on the list are for the value of R 3000.00 ( Huawei P9 lite and Samsung A3 ) where else the insure amount is R 7500.00 When I advise the agent that the which phone I am requesting he says “Apple doesn't manufacture them anymore the lowest available iPhone is an iPhone 6s and it's on the insurance band of R12500.00.which is bull****!!! I did not insure my phone for the merchant to give me a Samsung A3 phone.
