Reimburse my money ASAP!!

I bought a phone out of my own pocket and was told reimbur*****t takes 7 days once invoice and delivery receipt is received by Vodacom Insurance (Finrite). Now this morning when I call, Laticia tells me it takes 30 days, which is all new to me now as I was told 7 days before buying the phone. So I bought with the knowledge that 7 working days later I’ll revive my money back but no I still haven’t received it, and I need that money ASAP!!!
