Refund on insurance

<p>Good day. </p> <p>In March I took an insurance with this provider and I cancelled it , because of affordability reasons, Late March I called the insurance company just to see if it was tea my cancelled,the agent confirmed that it was cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>In May and June they still added the insurance premium on my cell c account. This month again when I check my monthly statement they billed me for the insurance. </p> <p>I have called them many times for the refund but they are not doing anything about it. This last week they gave me an e-mail address asking to e-mail my cell c statement, I did as they requested but still when I call they say they have not received any documents.. </p> <p>When you take the insurance they get so excited but when they have to solve they are clients problem, they do it with no interest all. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
