Refund on insurance

<p>In March I took an insurance with this provider and I concelled it the same month.Month-end of the same month I called the insurance company to make sure if it was really cancelled, they confirmed that it was.</p> <p>In May and June they still added the insurance premium on my cell-c account, I have contacted them several times for the refund but in vail, what they do is giving me an e-mail address asking to e-mail my account statements. I have emailed it as they requested . I called them to ask if they received my documents and I asked them if the e-mail address was okay, the Agent said it is okay. </p> <p>It's been two -three weeks now going the same proble n I have explained to them that I need my money, but they seem not care.
