Refund debit order

I have been with C surance for 2 years,and decided i am not happy with the service, and cancelled my cover with them. The deducted a payment the 25th of March and i have been battling with them to get my refund its been a month and still didn't get any response from them. I have been calling them and sending emails to them. The consultant Shafee Straus, said he has been sending emails the refund request for authorization but no one comes back to him.<br> <br> Please help t get my refund, they cant just keep my money.
