Refund

<p>I cancelled my c insurance July 2016 , I was still debited for it , I got a refund for those months but still from November till date they are still debiting me, when I call cell c my insurance is still there when I call finrite it's cancelled but clearly they don't have communication with cell c, the consultant I spoke to said I must send my statements which I did but till now, I have no feed back, I've been emailing and calling and looking like a fool, I want my refund and I want u to send confirmation to cell c so that they can stop debiting for insurance, I'm tired of this *********** service I get from you guys . I need my refund before this day ends.</p>
