Ref TC008437 bad finrite service

The service of the BACK OFFICE for finrite stinks bad. and CALL CENTER CONSULTANTS and up having to make up lies about the service TAT which also make them look inconsistance while they are doing part of their Job fine. its approaching the third week now they have never contacted for any feed back i have since than been the one the contacts to get feedback most of the time im given conflicting info from consultant one will say this and the other that.

i dont even know why i took out my insurance with them.
