Quick to take your money but when they have to refund you suddenly they dont have your details

<p>I have been battling with Cell C Finrite Insurance for the last year ! First they inlcude only the one handset on my policy shcedule. Eventually I got fed up with my emails being deleted without being read !!! I have changed Insurers and cancelled my policy with Finrite on 13 May 2016. I was assured by Lesego that NO debit order will go off my account this month. Guess what - they took my money !!!! When I called them to ask them why took my money - the gent told me they have none of my details on the system to re-imburse me. I HAVE TO SEND MY POLICY DOCUMENT to the insurer ... SORRY WHAT ???? I again gave them all the details of my inital conversation when I first took out the insurance. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!! And I want it back today = before close of business.</p> <p>This is the MOST useless Insurer I have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with !</p>
