Good day,

Regarding the insurance policy on the said phone, and your response ragarding my query for the documents.

It is unacceptable that you are only willing to send it to me within 21 days, as this documents should be available basically immediately upon request. Therefore, I request that this docs be made available to me within 6 hours of this email. If failure in doing so, I will incur the help of my lawyer in getting this docs as requested.
