Promises and more promises ...
A month later, still waiting, at least give me a call to inform me of the status of my phone, no we're not allowed to call clients, no we're not allowed to email clients, can you call back tomorrow, tomorrow is the same story and i'm still paying for insurance for a phone that i do not have.
