Poor staff, service from Finrite administrators

Disgusting service trying to lodge a lost cellphone claim with them. Poor service and stuff that doesn’t return calls or assist in anyway. Mpho the claim administrator gave me a reference number for a previous claim and didn’t do his job, couldn’t follow up with him in anyway
