Poor service from Finrite

I've claimed for my ****** phone on the 30th of August and still when I call them, they'd just let me talk to a consultant only for him/her to put the call on hold until my airtime runs out. It feels so bad to be treated like this, when I've never missed payment. And they double charge me for one device, I wasn't expecting this drag.
