Poor service from finrite and Hollard

I been waiting for finrite to come fetch my phone repairs no answer. I paid the R300 access fee and still no joy. Why ate guys de*****ing people still take every month the premiums with no assistance. I need my claim to be finalized. My number is *** Renay Hendriks

I never got any assistance from finrite and Hollard but still deducted my money and took the R300 access shameless ripping the poor. Your services sucks. I want all my monies pay back since I took this insurance and I will fix my phone by myself. I also want the access paid back.
