poor service

my husband have 3insurances with you guys for our contract phones he took with Telkom .now he is left with 1 phone and 3 insurances first we were supposed to be paying R900 but in the past 2 months you guys have been deducting R1 131 When we call you we cant get hold of you, so that we can get an explanation why so much money is deducted if know 1 tell us what is happening we will be forced to cancel our phones insurance with this company.
