poor service delivery
I won't recommend anyone I had two contracts with Telkom with both contracts the experience was terrible. My friend just recently took out a contract already she's experiencing problems with data that just got finished but she didn't use it she checked her contract the forms were not even filled in properly by the agent who assisted her so what does it say poor service delivery.
