Poor service delivary

<p>I made a claim for a Huawei S7-721u tablet month end of November. Policy number : ********** ********** 678 . The claim was made at Game Queenstown. The tablet has not been picked till today. I've been trying to call the sharecall number ***almost everyday and I'm always on hold until I run out of airtime. I also tried emailing ********** za and ********** and I haven't received any reply. I have run out of options and the ladies who work for Hollard at Game Queenstown have not been any help. I do not know how you have an insurance but it is difficult to claim. The tablet is a school tablet for my son and it has to be fixed before the 9th of January.</p>
