Poor service

Paid my access fee on the 23rd .. sent an email and realized it was not sent .. called the call center for advise and i was advised to send an email(proof of address) to Nthabiseng, one of the leaders. Till today no call or even acknowledge receipt of my mail. Poor leadership ..
