Poor Service

Please can someone help me or direct me to the correct department.

I have been trying to get hold of the call center since Monday.

On Monday they experienced technical problems. Tuesday after the voice prompt the line went dead. Wednesday and Thursday after holding on for 10-15 minutes when you finally get hold of someone they answer and keep quite.

Come on airtime is expensive and it's before 12 you cannot tell me that the staff is overworked.
