Poor service by Finrite Administrators

If there was an option of saying minus one I would most definitely rate it at zero. I am very upset and disappointed with the services of Finrite Administrators. I logged a claim on the 29th of November 2019 in which I claimed for my phone. I have already paid the excess required of me. I have on many occasions tried contacting Finrite to no avail. I have sent numerous emails but I am ignored. I have not been assisted with my claim. I keep paying my insurance as well as contract till date. I need assistance with regards to this matter.
