poor service by edgars and finrite

I got my phone on the 20th of Dec 2015 from repair and it was still inder repair warranty when i took it back to edgars store on the 19th of feb.now they are saying that i should pay access fee because they received a phone after the 5th which according to the consultant is suppose to be my last day of warranty which i also fail to understand because i only got my phone on the 20th of dec because of their poor service.so Edgar's.finrite and horlard must sort this out cause i don't know their agreement.<br> all i need is my phone fixed cause thats what m paying for finish.
