Poor service

In June I claimed for a lost cellphone at jet up to now they have done nothing. I made many phone calls and emails but they did nothing. I then went to the one of the jet stores and cancelled my insurance policy but it's still reflecting on my statement. Called the Jet customer care twice this morning both ladies didn't help instead they transferred me to their call rating automated review
