POOR SERVICE AT FINRITEINSURANCE

how does one get hold of these stupid people,ive been trying to contact them since from yesterday its busy saying"'WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUME"'telkom needs to do something about this honestly because end of the month they are quick to debit but their service with their insurance people is totally bad bad...im so angry and ****ed right now.
