Poor service and ripping people off

The service rendered by underwritters of Vodacom Finrite is a *******. I did an under to one of my contracts held with Vodacom and an agent from Vodacom offered me insurance on the device. I took that option. 3 months later my device breaks and gets booked in for repairs. I am now being told that my claim will be rejected due to the line being inactive. It's being over 3 weeks while I have been fighting with finrite. The insurance policy is not on the line but on the device. I have asked for my insurance documents which till this day they refuse to release. They are refusing to release my insurance documents as I mentioned that I need them to file a case with the insurance ombudsman. The person I have been fighting with is Mpho Moso he claims to be a senior person however his signature on email notes him as a claims agent.
