poor service and no thuth from finrite insuarence

to all iphone users

it is very sad for me to say this but finrite cellphone insuarence is just a joke i was ****** of my iphone xr on 11 august 2020,i then called my finrite administrators for a claim since i have insuarance with them.it is very shocking that some of they staff members are very rude especially the lady that called her self precious(call was around 10am).i will ask for a call record and post it on this platform to carry on,everytime i call i am told different stories by different people.they although told me that they dont have iphones in stock.i then asked them when will they get iphones because i can wait as long it will be a reasonable waiting time.thats when i started getting very strange answers.they all told me that they dont know when they will get iphones because their supplier does not have iphone and also the supplier that supplies their supplier dont have stock either.PRECIOUS even went on to say they dont make iphones anymore. so they want me to change to another brand ie samsung/nokia/huaweii,,,i then said but i can not have a different brand since theres a lot of info i really need that is in my icloud..they told me coz of covid the whole of south africa dont have iphones,,which is a lie coz i went to jhb telkom where i bought my iphone and they have iphones in stock. now my question is why was i not told about the out of stock fromday 1 of my claim,instead they asked me to pay R1978''OF WHICH I PAID R2000 ACCESS FEE,, A few days after paying my R2000 I THEN CALLED and i was told that Xr is out of stock so they willgive me iphone xs.with all my trust i waited but nothing was delivered to me.i then called them again and i was told that they have no iphones for a month now,too bad coz if they knew that they dont have iphones why was i asked topay access fee.to make matters worse they will debit my account for the phone i dont have..this is ridicoulous from finrite.what will i be paying insuarence for while i dont even have the phone.if anyone is using iphone better consider getting insuarance from somewhere else otherwise u willend upbuying a dead donkey from finrite.i amnot happy at all considering i that i did everything they wanted me to do. they say alltheir calls are but when i asked for recordings so that i can post on social media.they did not send them to me'' if anyone can help me regarding this issue please do
