Poor service and empty promises ( Finrite Cell phone insurance )

Finrite collected my cell phone for repair three weeks ago and i was told to pay R400 for it to be repaired which I did but they never delivered my phone or contact me for updates,

I have been calling them and what they did was to promise me lies every time i contact them, this is so disgusting and they don care about their clients and this is not the first time they treated me like this but I tolerated it , my REF is GMCML 39292 the last person i spoke to is the lady by the name of Bianca who couldn't assist me and she just kept quite when ask her some questions.
