poor service

i regret the day i chose telkom(finrite) cellphone insurance. i logged a claim on the 15/06/2020 and submitted all the necessary documents and i was told it will take 48 working hours to get the claim approved but till today i have not gotten any response from them. i'm calling the call center everyday(which i hold for over 20 minutes) on friday the 19/06/2020 i was told they didn't receive my documents which i fowarded again and they told me i will get an sms withing the next 3hrs till today i never got anything. today i called again they said it take 2 days to get the claim approved. now im stuck without a phone and they keep on telling me different stories each time i call. the worsed insurance i've ever had. i regret the day i got this insurance.
