Poor service

<p>CNA store in Kolonade have sent documents from last week Wednesday and I have been calling your call center for the past few days and everyone I spoke to (Nonhlanhla, Donald, Kodeshney) keep giving me wrong information and at times hang up on me. What I'm failing to understand is how can documents just not reach you and I have physically went to the store myself to check emails sent to you. Either you just don't want to help your customers or what? It's so frustrating!!!!!!!!</p>
