POOR SERVICE

<p>My name is Sibongile Mchunu, Id no. ********** 412085, residing @ 990337 Nguga area, Mpophomeni. I bought the Vodafone tablet at Game at Pietermaritzburg in Commercial rd last year, and was introduced to Finrite Insurance if my phone happens to have a problem and I am paying premiums every month. My tablet phone had a problem this year early June, I reported to Finrite then they picked it up by a courier service. They phoned me informing me that the phone is beyond repairs, then they will give me new phone. Thereafter I was asked to pay excess amount of R150.00 of which I paid. They phoned me that phone will be delivered in 5 working days. It is now 3 months and I have not received the phone. I phone each and every day, and get answers that it will be delivered and nothing has been done. I am very angry because I am being played a fool and I can't get hold of the manager if asking to speak to him. I am beginning to doubt this insurance if it is real or they robbing people</p> <p>Please help me to ge my phone or else I am going to take legal action now</p>
