poor service

Telkom need to just close the contract with there guys because everything about this insurance company it is very bad, poor service, unprofessional call center agents with no supervision. after spoke to one of the call center i felt like they are doing me a favor that's how bad it is, i don't think they even need advises from anyone they just need to close the company.
