Poor service

As I am writing this, am so defeated with your service. Firstly your consultants are rude and have poor product knowledge. Secondly I have been waiting for a call from your people till to date no one has called me. Today I called to do a follow up on my claim for my cellphone, I called more than 3 times, and your consultants picked up the phone, no greetings whatsoever or to acknowledge me, they just put the phone on the side and continued chatting amongst themselves then after a minute hang up. Am so angry, to think that my payments are up to date and this is the kind of service am getting is bull****
