Poor, Poor, Poor service!!!!!!!!!!

I sent my cellphone for repairs 6 weeks ago and these people kept my phone with no feedback. I call them today and they tell me that the needed the MIEI number. Like what the hell, why did they not contact me and request it......Poor service and they person I spoke to Lebogang Nkopane did not even care he was just arrogant.
