Poor, Horrible and disgusting time wasting insurance services

If I could I would rate you 0.Telkom finrite has the most disgusting service ever. They’re slow at responding to their clients and yet too quick to debit the money. One has to struggle finding a phone and airtime to call in to only be put to hold until the airtime finishes and they wouldn’t call you back to assist you. Even after submitting everything that’s needed. I mean, how does one lose a phone under traumatic armed ******* to only receive such poor service from the “trusted insurer”. You are beyond disgusting. For how long does one have to wait to be assisted and walk away feeling good about the service. You are very disappointing. It’s been 4 weeks now, of no phone, no assistance but the access money has been paid.
