Poor customer services

3 weeks ago i have paid my excess and done everything i was asked to do, to this day i have been getting phone calls offering me a phone with half of the value as the phone that i was insured for. to this day i do not know what phone i am getting, or even have a date of when i will get anything. I have never in my life experienced such an awful customer service as i have these past few weeks...
