Poor customer services

Still waiting for a call from shamima at the call center from friday. I gave my phone on the 20 March an they say they only received in June after i started sending emails to locate my phone. As i gave the phone in the first time an i returned it for re assessment now they want i must pay double. Now they refuse to answer when calling in.
