Poor Customer Service from Finrite

Since ive logged a claim with Finrite for a ****** cellphone on the 1st of December and theres no progress,everytime i contact them for a followup the "unprofessional consultants" are giving me different info Today i spoke to Siphawe Marobela,he was the most rude person ive ever contacted...FINRITE SERVICE IS BEYOND POOR.!!!!
