Poor Customer Service

What a an *********** company.Their call centre staff kept me waiting for 45minutes to an hour in a number of occasions when I tried to follow up on my cellphone claim I have made close to 9 calls which would either be muted or dropped.I really can't believe companies like this still exist.Do they think I will give up on my phone?Im still without my phone
