Poor customer service

I was submitted my cellphone insurance claim on the 9 of February since then I never got a valid response from them if the consultant of the that I bought the found they phoned for more than 30 minetes and we end up leave it with no responsIm sick and tired of this really I don't encourage people to take this insurance
