Poor Customer service

I am very dissatisfied with Finrite (Telkom insurance ) ,they hardly respond if ever . I submitted a claim for a lost phone with all the required documentation and the phone options I was given .I felt am being ripped of honestly and the sad thing is the device I initially insured is still on the market , why is it difficult for them to give me the same device . I feel like they don't value customers at all
