I would like to give a huge thanks to Natasha Carr from Finrite Insurance. I was ****** of my cell phone about a week ago, contacted Finrite for the claim. Natasha assisted me from day one, she kept me updated on the process and responded to my queries efficiently. She was very professional and helpful throughout my claim process. Thank you to Finrite as well, i read quite a few bad reviews about their services and was quite skeptic in the beginning, but i can confirm that they are quick and efficient when handling claims. I had no issues with them regarding my claim, handset was replaced within 7 working days as they have promised. :)
